Guide Connection Service
On our website, we offer a service that facilitates the connection with a tour guide. If you are interested in a guided tour, we strive to meet your specific requirements and arrange a guide who will lead you through the location of your choice. However, as the availability of guides can be limited, we cannot guarantee that a guide will be available at your requested time.
To ensure we have enough time to organize the tour according to your preferences, it is necessary to submit your request at least one week before your planned arrival. By doing so, we aim to provide our services as efficiently as possible and make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to your inquiry.
Tour Booking Confirmation Process
Once we find a guide who meets your requirements, we will send you an email with a proposed tour plan. If you agree with the suggested tour, please confirm your acceptance.
Payment of Reservation Fee
After your confirmation, we will send you an invoice for a non-refundable reservation fee, which is 20% of the total tour cost. This fee must be paid by card within three days of receipt.
Tour Reservation Confirmation
Once we receive your payment, your tour reservation will be confirmed, and participation is mandatory. The remaining balance must be paid to the guide on-site on the day of the tour. Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable, even if the tour is canceled. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to your participation.
